Located opposite Iron Cove in Russell Lea, this contemporary residence by Mark Szczerbicki Design Studio (MSDS) is defined by a considered material palette and a strong connection between the home and its waterfront setting.

Our BOLOGNA Pearl porcelain tiles were selected throughout the main living areas, continuing into the outdoor spaces to create a consistent transition between interior and exterior. The stone-inspired finish provides a neutral foundation that complements the contemporary architecture, while the durability of porcelain makes it well suited to high-use areas and outdoor applications.In the kitchen, Emerald Green Quartzite was selected for the island benchtop and splashback. Its natural green tones and distinctive veining introduce contrast and character, creating a focal point within the restrained material palette.Together, the BOLOGNA Pearl porcelain and Emerald Green Quartzite demonstrate how carefully selected materials can bring continuity, natural variation and functionality to a residential project.

Working alongside the project team, Vedere assisted with material selection, sourcing and supply for the residence. We helped bring the design vision into the finished space by sourcing the selected BOLOGNA Pearl porcelain and Emerald Green Quartzite, coordinating supply and ensuring the materials were available to meet the project's requirements. From product selection through to delivery, our role was to provide a streamlined supply process while supporting the design team in achieving the intended finish.
