As a general rule, we suggest ordering an additional 10% of tiles beyond the actual surface area to be tiled to avoid potential issues with batch or shade variations. It is recommended to include this extra amount in the initial order.
We will contact you 1 hour to 30 minutes before the delivery date you specified for residential delivery in New South Wales and surrounding areas. Our team will make every effort to meet any special requests you may have.
Either the builder or client must sign off goods received on delivery. Deliveries will not be left unless a representative is on site to receive.
For deliveries outside the state, the delivery lead time or expected delivery date will be communicated to you after consulting with the freight company.
Please take pictures of the affected tiles in their original packaging in order to help us determine the cause of the damage and improve our service.
Depending on the quantity of broken tiles, boxes, will determine whether Vedere will arrange collection or dispose of on site.
Yes, we do accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the tiles are in perfect condition, have not been opened and are from the current batch.
Returns are not possible if the goods were specially customised or made for the client. Refunds cannot be granted for changes of mind after an order has been placed.
Please note that a minimum 20% handling fee will be charged for all items that are accepted for return.
